    Through the optimized molding technology and ERW (electric resistance welding) method for steel pipe of external Dia. 92.6mm and less,

    (1) We replaced Seamless pipe with high strength and heavy wall thickness ERW pipe
    (2) Also, we guarantee welding quality through non-destructive testing (ECT (Eddy Current Test)).

    (3) As for pipe having internal Dia. 16mm and more, we remove internal bead, which has strong point on product requesting high precision such as vehicle part and Cold drawn tube.

    2. Usage of MS pipe products
    Based on excellent technical power on Roll design and steel pipe molding roll manufacturing experience,
    we newly established and operated steel pipe manufacturing company in 2006 and currently, take our position as the company specializing in material pipe.

    1) Especially, according to light-weighted material (steel rod) for vehicle, we manufacture and supply steel pipe(Hollow type) - Steering Shaft, Cam shaft, Rack Bar, Tie Rod, Axle Housing, Door Impact Beam, Propeller Shaft, etc.

    2) Parts for hydraulic pressure and machine; Cylinder Rod, Bush, Roll, etc.

    We are delivering our products to vehicle industryand Electronic industry through the 1st, 2nd processing in drawing company and processing company.
