Based on those technologies, SysOnChip, Inc. was designated as a Venture Company in July 1999 by SMBA (Small and Medium Business Administration) of Korean Government, had its CDMA Pulse shaping Filter Chip designated "Excellent New Technology" in September 1999 by the Ministry of Information and Communications. The Intellectual Property (IP) of SysOnChip,Inc. such as Turbo decoder, Viterbi decoder and 3GPP Channel Codec has been already recognized to be a worldwide best solution. Through these CDMA technologies, SysOnChip, Inc. made strategic alliance with Xilinx and Altera, which are major FPGA companies in USA.
