The semiconductor process equipment Management System is an epoch-making system which checks all conditions and status of each equipment at real-time basis and consequently, manage and solve all comparison with old method of final product inspection. The semiconductor process equipment Management System is an epoch-making system which checks all conditions and status of each equipment at real-time basis and consequently, manage and solve all problems at each process immediately. Therefore, it improves effectiveness of management in comparison with old method of final product inspection. The semiconductor process equipment management system is a multi complex technology combining development of Database Software technology and semiconductor equipment and processing technology using standard communication protocol such as SECS/CEM and HSMS with real-time data monitoring technology. Jiwoo Tech, also developed with it's own technology abilities, battery charging and discharging monitoring server system of Lithium-ion and Lithium-polymer secondary battery-which could be regarded as more value-added industry than semiconductor industry and provided Samsung SDI at regular basis.
