  • О нас: Since being established in 1972, Tae-A industry has produced papermaking reconstituted tobacco and provided them to tobacco companies such as KT&G affiliate firms.

    Characteristic of RTL(Reconstituted Tobacco Leaf)
    - RTL is an important material in the tobacco industry to control tobacco taste and components along with leaf tobacco and flavor.
    - According to manufacturing engineering, there are two kinds: Papermaking Recon. and Slurry Recon.
    - By using materials such as stems, winnowings, scrap and fine cut that are all produced during the manufacturing process, the tobacco products are made by papaermaking recon.

    Roles of Reconstituted Tobacco
    - Cost Effectiveness: It is a better quality and more cost effective filler than natural leaf tobacco.
    - Filling Power Increasing: It has the physical characteris of a bulky composition.
    - Burn Rate Increasing: It has a bulky constitution with a good porous structure.
    It has contains five to nine times higher reconstituted tobacco than natural tobacco.
    - Tar/Puff Reduction: It has better burn rate and by the complete flammability, it has lower tar/puff reduction.
    - Nicotine/Nitrate Reduction: Nicotine max.70%. Nitrates max.60%
