  • 프로필: Since our foundation on March 18 2003, eCony Co., Ltd. has developed the masking technology (Advanced Masking Technology (AMT)) for small molecule organic light emitting diodes (OLED).  We have completed the development of AMT for the 2nd generation in the late 2004 and had started the AMT business in the early 2005. The AMT is composed of total six processes as frame, mask, FMA (Frame-Mask Assembly), pattern inspection, cleaning, and magnet assembly in deposition system. Originally the AMT is based on the CRT (Cathode-Ray Tube) technology and we have improved the CRT technology with the integration of the AMT of OLED. eCony Co., Ltd. has provided the total solution of the masking technology, its design and interpretation, and FMA to the manufacturers of high definition and super fine display that is produced by the ?side by side? method for small molecule OLED. eCony Co., Ltd. has continuously developed the AMT technology to manufacture the OLED which corresponds to the large sized board of the 6th generation with amorphous silicon (a-Si) and of the 4th generation of low temperature poly silicon (LTPS).
