LEEGANGJU, a distilled liquor made by traditional process and flavored with pear, ginger, curcuma, cinnamon and wild honey, was designated as the one of the 3 most valuable Korean liquors with HOSANCHUN and JUKRYEOKGO by the famous Korean writer Choi Nam-seon (1890~ 1957) in his book (About Choseon), and we can find the word LEEGANGJU from the traditional Korean Bongsan masked dance yet. LEEGANGJU was served as a main drinks in Korean-American Commercial Treaty in latest Choseon dynasty (King Gojong) and in the South-North Red Cross dinner meeting.
