  • Chi siamo: IRe Chemical Ltd. was established in 1996 for the purpose of contributing to the field of advanced synthetic polymers for medical applications and environmentally friendly plastics.
    IRe Chemical is developing sustainable technologies for the production of biodegradable aliphatic polyester.
    Our EnPol polymers, trade name for our own biodegradable aliphatic polyester, are stable in the atmosphere but biologically decompose in compost, in soil, in fresh water and in the sea.
    And EnPol polymers are safe for incineration. Combustion of EnPol polymers does not yield any toxic gas or residues and can be used for disposable diapers, disposable bottles, lamination, fast food serviceware, nets, medical and veterinary disposables, and matrix systems for controlled release of fertilizer or pesticides, etc.
    IRe's basic technology of condensation reactions are now being applied to the development of advanced synthetic polymers for medical applications. And in March 2001, we also finished the construction of a second-stage commercial plant achieving annual production capacity of 3, 500 tons and selling our product to domestic market and European, Asean and American markets.
