Chitosan is a naturally occurring product derived from the poly saccharine chitin. Similar in structure to cellulose, chitin is one of the most abundant of all poly saccharines found in the natural environment (shrimp, red crab, and other shellfish). Chitosan, the most common derivative of chitin, is partially deacetylated chitin. Chitosan has lowering cholesterol effect and fat excretion effect. We've developed new products and opened the new field in Chitosan application. We held international scientific seminar on Chitosan once a year. We will pour our every effort to develop the technology on Chitosan.
