    The Company was founded on March 11, 1986 as a joint venture between Ford Motor and Mando Machinery Co., the predecessor of Mando Corporation. Currently, HCC's majority shareholder is Visteon of United States that was spun off from Ford Motor company in 1999.

    Initially, HCC acquired technological expertise from leading automakers since the domestic auto componenets industry was virtually nonexistent. However, HCC now takes great pride in its advanced technological capabilities. The company now exports a range of its innovative techlogies to many countries over the world, attesting to the advanced state of our technological prowess.

    HCC produces a number of vital auto componenets that ensure the safety and comfort of the driver and passengers. It is necessary to apply the latest technology to optimally control airflow and noise, as well as temperature, within a vehicle interior, according to the presence of the driver and passenger. Satisfying the ever-chaninge demand of customers requires that HCC maintain close technological ties with Visteon and industry-academia cooperative alliances, while also operating an independant R&D center.     Of special note, the Multi Zone Air-conditioning system, which HCC developed as the first time of its kind in the world, enables the temperature of the car interior to be independantly controlled according to the direction of sunlight and the preferences of the driver and passenger. A US patent has been acquired for this state-of-the-art product.

    The Variable Swash Plate Compressor, which is now commercially produced, is a key componenet that ensures HCC's technological competitiveness in the world market. In response to the evolving automobile technology, HCC is strongly committed to keep pace with the global trends of modulation and compaction of vehicles as well as the development of environment-friendly basic materials. The company is also striving to create next-generation climate control products, including those for alternate fuel vehicles.

    Introducing A/S team of Halla climate control. We are specialized in climate control systems, radiator, compressor, condenser, evaporator and cooling fan. We have a strong background in building aluminum radiator cores as well as copper cores of heavy vehicles for new projects and so far we've supplied cores for customers like Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Mazda, DCX and more.
