  • Liste des produits: In 1982, Hanyang Chemical Ind., Co., a manufacturing company of metal finishing chemicals, was established under the motto of "Best Quality, Best Price". As a result of our concentrated efforts on research and development, we have developed over 200 kinds of products including over 40 kinds of metals and their alloy plating chemicals, over kinds of palladium plating solutions and over 50 kinds of Sn-Pb alloy plating solutions of different concentration, alloy ratio, and brilliance. Buyers from south-east nations and Japan have expressed their interest in and have been satisfied with quality of products such as extra high-speed non-cyanide silver plating solutions (bright, semi-bright, and matt), anti-immersion chemical, non-cyanide silver stripper and several kinds of activators. All these chemicals are used in plating on semiconductor lead frame, PCB, etc. In addition, several types of photoresists that we developed are also brought sensation in plating industry. We plan to concentrate our capacity on core technology by establishing product competitiveness and creating high value-added products through continuous independent technology development on the basis of accumulated experience and sincere entrepreneurship.
