Our acquisition in 1993 of Canada's Serdary Research Laboratories, a manufacturer of 500 types of chemical grade pure lipids, provided us with infrastructure necessary for technological development in the area of organic chemistry. Recently, we successfully launched Carenic, a skincare line formulated to treat and relieve skin atopy, which enabled us to establish our presence in the cosmetic market as well.
