  • Perfil: DAC(Dongah Aluminum Corporation) was founded in 1988 as a sister company DTC(Dongah Trading Corporation). Since its inception, DAC's goal has been to manufacture high quality, high strength aluminum tubing. To achieve its goal, DAC concentrates on Research and Development to produce top quality, thin wall, high precision aluminum tubes up to as high as 107,000 PSI(75Kg/mm) in Ultimate Tensile Strength, .012"(.3mm) in thickness with minimum tolerance of+/-.0002"(.005mm) at mill finish. Our primary emphasis since our inception has been on tent pole development, and because we believe that customer service is the key to success, we have worked closely with our customers to custom design and manufacture hundreds of new tent models. DAC also holds over 90 patents related to tents and tent accessories as a result of our innovative efforts. DAC is located in a 4,000 square meter(54,000 square feet) facility in Inchon Korea, which is about 15 miles west from Kimpo Airport, and is a full process aluminum tubing manufacturer. With solid round bar, DAC starts from seamless extrusion to annealing, tube drawing, heat treatment, anodizing and final assembly. In addition to our state of the art facility, we consider our greatest asset to be our managenment staff. Top University graduates with masters degree in Business Administration, Material Science and Law have been a driving force from the beginning up till now. With the help of a capable management team, DAC achieved one hundred percent on-time delivery with no shortages in every shipment it made through out he year. DAC also put high emphasis on financial stability and maintains less than 50% of effective debt ratio.
